If you progress a changed room, the flowers will bite you, if you go back when you realize it's a changed room it will lead to the next set of rooms without these flowers.

Screen headed robot that will give you a ticket and follow you until it says now serving (your number ticket) and blocks the door, give it your ticket or it will for sure kill you.
