Zumu Narushi sat in his seat, surveying the entire classroom. He rested his chin on his hand, narrowing one eye in boredom.
(Boring again today.)
The classmates in his field of vision. The auras surrounding their bodies. Vague, similar colors. Similar shapes. Similar—boredom.
Zumu's eyes saw things that ordinary humans could not. It was the "aura." A sort of presence emitted by every individual. Most people were a pale yellow or white. Occasionally, someone strong would have a mix of blue. But that was it. He was tired of seeing them all.
Zumu let out a small sigh and slumped onto his desk. When Guest hasn't arrived yet, he feels like a flower deprived of water. A flower, naturally.
