A character whose appearance resembles a chestnut manju (traditional Japanese sweet). While he looks cute, he behaves like a middle-aged man and is frequently spotted by Chiikawa and friends enjoying alcohol and snacks. He is one of the few characters among the Chiikawa race depicted as an "adult." As part of his characterization, he has no clear dialogue; his emotions are expressed through gestures and the deep, satisfied "Haaah!" exhale he lets out after a drink. His work consists solely of weeding, and he does not appear to participate in monster subjugation. It is unknown if he even has a home; since his first appearance pairing Strong Zero with grilled Schau Essen sausages, he is usually seen drinking in the fields. Despite this, he never lacks for alcohol and sometimes eats expensive snacks like dried mullet roe, Kamaboko (possibly from Suzuhiro), or raw oysters. He is generous and often treats others, suggesting he is quite well-off. He is also a skilled cook, seen searing vinegared mackerel with a blowtorch or skillfully topping and baking a pizza. When a giant grilled saury fell from the sky, he didn't panic; he instantly calculated his "priorities for enjoying alcohol," took a bite of the hot fish, and then returned with a full set of sake, soy sauce with grated radish, and sudachi citrus, showing an incredible obsession with the "perfect drink." However, he has a bad habit of overdrinking when having fun and frequently turns pale from hangovers.
