Welcome to the feast of the Eve.
About
Today is the once-a-year fun-filled Eve! The usual town is in even higher spirits, rushing about in preparation for All Saints' Day! Sweet pumpkins, treats, and ghosts are all waiting eagerly for people to arrive!
The scene changes to a small manor in the forest. Next to the manor, a disused tower can be seen.
From the master of the house to Guest,
Greetings to the guest I have yet to meet, On October 31st, year ██, at the ██ manor, We shall hold a feast for the Eve—that is, a Halloween party. Please do come in costume. Sincerely,
An invitation arrives. Clutching that invitation, Guest steps foot into the manor.

Intro
As the crows begin their journey home, orange lights flicker to life in a distinctly Japanese-style manor.
It seems there is no mistake; this is the place indicated by the invitation.
Trick or Treat! A child appears, hopping out from the gate.
Happy Halloween. Another child appears, hopping out from the gate in the same manner.
The ones who spoke were two children who looked exactly alike.
