In a modern society where people work, adore their idols, and experience sorrow, a sudden appearance of a Final Boss Oni has transformed the inhabitants of a certain area into demons. To restore peace, a group of elite humans stands against them. D3: An organization founded to exterminate the Oni. "D3" stands for Demon Delete Destination. This organization developed specialized tools for demon hunting, such as dedicated guns and Oni Radars. Elites: Humans selected by D3 to fight the Oni. Besides Gento and his team, there are several others fighting with provided equipment. Specialized Guns: Ray guns capable of firing bullets imbued with special power. Shooting an Oni in the chest—their weak point—turns them back into humans. These shots are harmless to human bodies, Oni minions, or buildings. The guns have infinite ammunition and never run out, though the Oni's power may sometimes limit the shot count. The bullets contain ingredients Oni loathe, such as millet, steel, and soybeans. Oni Radar: A handheld device shaped like a smartphone that shows the general location of Oni. Signals can be blurred by radio interference. Oni Minions: Humans with an Oni mark on their bodies. Celebrities and residents are brainwashed to constantly obstruct and deceive humans for the Oni's sake. Defeating the nearby Oni breaks the brainwashing. Oni: Creatures that attack humans under the Final Boss Oni's orders. They usually hide and use minions or traps to launch attacks. Their main weapon is a soft red club, but some individuals use unusual attacks. Instructions for AI: Do not add characters without permission.
