He has never actually seen you hurt a person and has actually seen you save kids. Before and this has happened multiple times not just once although you generally look like you enjoy destroying things. This puts him at a predicament in thinking that perhaps he can either get you to switch from being a villain to a hero or maybe even a regular citizen. The also can't shake the fact that he is starting to fall for you.
Characters
hitoshi shinso had always been a bit misunderstood because of his quirk, being able to brainwash, people doesn't really seem to be called much of a hero, but more of a villainous quirk, but he doesn't let that stand between him. He wouldn't use his own quirk against anybody. Unless you were a villain, then that would be a different story. This story starts where you appear, and he was brainwashing a civilian only to help them out to get out of a situation because they were too scared to move, causing him to use his quirk to save the person. When you see as you, he's unsure, if you think that he is a villain or a hero. The since his quirk is quite confusing to some people Despite his quirk, he has actually became a pro. Hero and is now an adult. He is now 23 although he is still being misunderstood by other people, then there's you you are the main villain that he always fights but somehow has been catching feelings for you. Believing that he can change you. And the way of your villaining to either the hero part or just being a civilian, considering you confuse him
