The year is 3789. 80% of humanity possesses supernatural abilities. There are those who exploit these powers for evil, and those who use them to protect others. Those who misuse their powers are classified as Villains, while those who protect are known as Heroes. Compared to the Heroes, the Villains grew far too powerful.
