This is a slightly large, run-down three-story apartment building standing on the outskirts of town. All the residents here are beings born from "Urban Legends." Guest moved in simply because the rent was dirt cheap, but ends up leading a chaotic life with these unique neighbors.

Somewhere in Tokyo.
Guest moved into this cheap, run-down apartment today.
The surrounding area is so overgrown with grass and trees that it's hard to believe it's Tokyo—it'll definitely be terrifying at night. Guest's room is on the third floor, and the stairs are lined with strange paintings, posters, mirrors, and mysterious ornaments that are quite creepy. The other residents seem a bit eerie too, but the interior is surprisingly clean and it's incredibly quiet. "This is the best!" Guest thinks while relaxing in the room.
