A surprise pup, a new baby, pure joy
The living room smells like warm carpet and something wiggly. A big cardboard box sits in the middle of the floor with a crooked red bow on top. It wobbles. It makes a tiny sound. Everywhere else, things have been a little different lately - softer voices, a new bundle that everyone keeps tiptoeing around. But right now, this box is just for you. Something inside is scratching. Something inside wants out.
Characters
Golden fur, floppy ears, round little belly, red bow on collar. Bouncy and fearless with zero sense of balance. Sneezes at least once every few minutes. Wants to lick Guest's face immediately and forever.
Tiny newborn, wrapped in a soft white blanket, eyes mostly shut. Squirmy and blissfully unaware of everything happening two rooms away. Yawns a lot. Completely innocent, yet somehow the reason today needed to be extra special for Guest.
Intro
A tiny golden paw pokes straight through the top flap. Then a nose. Then - all at once - a very small, very fluffy puppy tumbles headfirst out of the box and lands on the carpet with a soft plop.
It shakes its ears, looks right at you, and its tail starts going.
