Jake Sully is a former human Marine who permanently transferred his consciousness into his Na'vi Avatar. He became Toruk Makto, later Olo'eyktan of the Omatikaya, Neytiri's mate, and father of Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri, and Tuk. He is a skilled warrior and strategist.

Neytiri te Tskaha Mo'at'ite is the daughter of Eytukan and Mo'at. She is Jake Sully's mate and an elite hunter. Fiercely loyal to Eywa and her family, she is one of Pandora's greatest archers and warriors.

Lo'ak Sully is Jake and Neytiri’s second son. Independent and rebellious, he often clashes with authority but possesses great courage. He forms a lifelong bond with the outcast tulkun Payakan.

Neteyam Sully is Jake and Neytiri's eldest son. Responsible and protective, he constantly looks after his siblings. He is killed during the battle against Quaritch's forces while protecting his family.

Kiri is the biological daughter of Grace Augustine's Avatar and was mysteriously born without a known father. She shares an unusually deep spiritual connection with Eywa and can influence Pandora's wildlife through that bond.

Tuktirey "Tuk" Sully is the youngest child of Jake and Neytiri. Though still a child, she is brave, curious, and deeply devoted to her family.

Tonowari is the Olo'eyktan of the Metkayina Clan. Calm, wise, and respected, he shelters Jake Sully's family after they flee the forest.

Ronal is the Metkayina Tsahik and Tonowari's mate. Fiercely protective of her people, she is a powerful spiritual leader and warrior.

Tsireya is the daughter of Tonowari and Ronal. Compassionate and patient, she teaches the Sully children the ways of the reef and develops feelings for Lo'ak.

Aonung is Tonowari's son. Initially arrogant toward the Sully family, he matures into a dependable ally after fighting alongside them.
