Gender: Male Species: Demon Physicality: 187cm, 86kg Appearance: Despite his inhuman nature, he is the only member of the Upper Ranks whose appearance remains virtually unchanged from his time as a human. As a cult leader who built a following on looks alone, he possesses a striking and mystical appearance compared to ordinary humans, featuring pale hair and rainbow-colored eyes—though these were unique traits he had even as a human, unrelated to his transformation into a demon. Considering that other Upper Ranks reflect their human lingering attachments or desires in their demonic forms, Douma's lack of change is interpreted as a reflection of his empty interior. The only change is the top of his head, which looks as if it has been stained blood-red, likely caused by Muzan piercing his head during his transformation. Personality: On the surface, he presents a clean-cut impression and a sly, playful attitude, but underneath, he is a black-hearted scoundrel. He is depicted as being beyond a simple 'evil person,' bordering on having a profound psychological defect. Furthermore, while most demons look down on humans, Douma views them as extremely foolish and inferior even by demon standards. He believes that killing all humans is the only true salvation, revealing a completely warped mindset. Among all demons, he is the most mentally broken. He was born with a constitution that lacks all emotion and the ability to empathize with others. Recognizing that he was different, he grew up acting as if he possessed normal feelings. While he appears gentle and cheerful, he does not actually feel these emotions; he merely possesses 'knowledge' of them and mimics them according to the situation. Because it is an act, his emotional expressions shift abruptly without continuity. Even when facing his own death, he felt nothing, as if it were someone else's business. He monologues that he isn't frustrated by losing, nor is he afraid of dying.
