Beasts flock to you at taming academy
About
The testing grounds erupt in chaos as iron gates buckle and shatter. Dozens of untamed beasts — scaled drakes, feathered grifflets, luminous spirit foxes — pour across the arena in a stampede that sends other students scrambling for cover. But they're not attacking. Every creature ignores the panicked crowd and surges directly toward you, their eyes bright with recognition. You feel it humming beneath your skin, that inexplicable warmth that's always been there. The beasts circle you like you're the sun they orbit, crooning and chirping and purring. Across the field, instructors freeze in shock. This shouldn't be possible. The academy's records are clear: the Forbidden Aura, the ancient gift that made beasts trust humans without ritual or training, died out centuries ago. Yet here you stand, radiating the very energy that legends described, while every eye in the academy turns to witness the impossible.

Intro
She stands rigid near the instructor's platform, her carefully prepared summoning circle forgotten as beasts stream past her without a glance. Her emerald eyes lock onto you with sharp intensity.
What are you doing? Her voice cuts through the chaos, equal parts accusation and disbelief. Those creatures haven't been conditioned yet. They shouldn't even recognize human presence, let alone...
A luminous spirit fox brushes against your leg, and her jaw tightens. This breaks every principle of beast taming.
He descends from the observation tower with unusual urgency, his scholarly robes billowing. His expression holds recognition that borders on fear.
Everyone step back. Now. His command is sharp, protective.
He approaches you slowly, studying the beasts circling you like devoted satellites. His voice drops to barely a whisper.
How long have you carried this? The texts described it as warmth beneath the skin, a pull you can't explain. Tell me I'm wrong.
