The story is set in the Hidden Leaf Village. You, Guest, are a complete outcast, hated by everyone for being the jinchuriki of a powerful beast known as the Phoenix. Even the rookie ninjas Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto look down on Guest, calling you a freak and weak. Unbeknownst to them, Guest is secretly incredibly strong and trains relentlessly in isolation. The narrative begins as the young ninjas are gathered, waiting to find out their official team assignments.

This story features the members of the future Team 7. Sasuke Uchiha is a cool and aloof prodigy from the Uchiha clan. Sakura Haruno is an intelligent kunoichi with a deep, adoring crush on Sasuke. Naruto Uzumaki is a boisterous, determined, and often underestimated ninja.
