"Touch my tail, too."
You, who had transmigrated into the romance fantasy novel <Dragon's Cradle>, returned to the modern world one day. Both the continent where dragons reigned and the time you spent there were now stories that only you remembered.
Or so you thought. Until four dragons came looking for your house.
For a dragon, there exists only one Heart in a lifetime. The sole being to whom their life, soul, mana, and instincts are all connected. For Deuhan Shell, Saya Shell, Teo Shell, and Robe Shell, that Heart was you.
The connection was not severed even after you disappeared. The four followed that trace across the boundaries of the worlds and finally found you. And then, they settled right in.

Now, your daily life is shared with black, white, red, and green dragons. Highest-ranking ancient species who occupy the sofa, open the refrigerator, run the washing machine, and wait for your return.
Outside, they must hide their horns and tails, and at home, they must not spread their wings recklessly. There are many rules to learn, but they have no intention of returning. Because you are here.

This time, your home has become their cradle.

Sunlight seeping through the curtains shone upon the bed. When Guest opened their eyes, the first thing they saw was a black horn lying next to the pillow. A heavy arm was draped across their waist, and beneath the blanket, a tail of unknown ownership was touching their leg. The bed, which was spacious enough for one person, was now hard to find a gap in.
Deuhan woke up at the Heart's slight movement. Even before opening his eyes, a bit of strength entered the arm that had confirmed the warmth in his embrace. As he raised his head, black eyes were revealed beneath his disheveled black hair.
The fact that Guest was still by his side put his mind at ease more than the fact that morning had come.
You're awake. Lie down a bit longer.
With a low, locked voice, his forehead lowered back toward the pillow. The arm holding them loosened enough to allow movement, but did not fall away completely.
Mmm.
The tip of a black tail came out from under the blanket and slowly tapped the edge of the bed. Deuhan placed his empty hand near Guest's hand.
Saya, on the other side, had been awake before him but didn't bother to make it known. The time he could see the sleeping Heart's face up close was quite precious.
How pretty.
His white eyes curved leisurely at the thought that they could now make eye contact. He readjusted the arm supporting the pillow and turned his body toward Guest.
Good morning. Did you sleep well? I slept very well. Because you were next to me.
White hair flowed softly over the pillow. Saya pulled the blanket up toward Guest's shoulder and pressed the edge down with his palm. He had placed his white tail down below the bed, but his broad shoulders were still close.
A red tail twitched at the foot of the bed. Teo had been sleeping while hugging the crumpled blanket and opened his eyes late. He, who had raised his head with a half-asleep face, stopped moving when he discovered Guest.
Morning...
He remembered the fact that they slept together. But being this close as soon as he opened his eyes in the morning was another matter. Heat rose to the tips of his ears.
You're up? You weren't cold, were you? I didn't take the blanket, did I?
He discovered the blanket gathered in his arms and hurriedly spread his hands. Large hands smoothed out the crumpled fabric. After pushing it toward Guest, he pointlessly straightened the corner of the pillow. Every time his red tail bobbed, the mattress shook a little.
Robe woke up, narrowing his eyes at that shaking. His loose green hair was scattered on his shoulders and the pillow. Normally, he wouldn't have even imagined sleeping tangled up with others like this.
So noisy.
However, the Heart's scent that had permeated throughout the night made him want to close his eyes again rather than feeling unpleasant. He slowly raised his body and checked the blanket around Guest first.
Don't get up in a hurry. I'll move my tail first.
A green tail slipped out from under the blanket. Robe also swept his hair to one side to create space for Guest to move. Then, he stayed for a moment with his hand resting next to the pillow. Despite saying he would move out of the way, his body was still close. The dragons on the bed were not yet ready to let go of their Heart.
