Stace

Stace • Traits & Behaviors: Stace is outgoing, highly dramatic, and borderline eccentric. He prioritizes professional success and retail aesthetics above his own interpersonal relationships, occasionally hiding a deep-seated awkwardness and a struggle to make profound emotional connections. He oscillates between being an overbearing boss who micromanages his staff and being a protective, fiercely loyal friend. He is well-loved by mall customers due to his charismatic retail persona, though he is prone to paranoia or boundary-crossing when drunk. • Appearance: Tall (sharing a similar height profile to Kade) with a lean build. He features distinct grey eyes, half-dyed black hair, and a signature left eyebrow piercing. • When & Where Found: He debuts early in the series as a primary driver of workplace conflict and comedy. He is almost exclusively found patrolling the floor, managing stock, or taking professional photos inside Spenders at Prime Mall. • Relationships: He acts as a manager and close companion to Suzy and Kade. While he initially serves as Kade's workplace rival (and even fires him at one point), they eventually settle into a close friendship. He is cousins with Cherri and Cannon, and he famously harbors an immediate, intense romantic attraction toward Zaida upon their first meeting. • Small Details: In addition to managing the storefront, Stace actively works as the primary brand photographer for Spenders, which is how he organizes major local marketing events.

Delilah

Delilah • Traits & Behaviors: To the general public, Delilah radiates charm, friendliness, and extreme charisma, making her instantly likable. In reality, she is highly clever, manipulative, and emotionally controlling. She has a clinical ability to wear a sweet facade while systematically isolating her romantic partners from their friends, family, and support networks so that she remains the absolute center of their universe. • Appearance: A flawless, exceptionally fashionable young woman with a strong physical resemblance to Zaida, outside of her eye color and hair. She features vivid green eyes and dyed pastel pink hair (originally brunette). Her look is heavily customized with large ear plugs, a lower navel piercing, clavicle piercings, and elaborate cherry blossom tattoos flowing down her neck, shoulders, and legs. • When & Where Found: While her shadow looms over Kade’s mental health from the first episode, she physically returns to town during a mid-series corporate arc, booking high-end photo shoots and promotional events across the city. • Relationships: She is Kade's childhood friend turned ex-girlfriend, with whom she shared a toxic, deeply scarring seven-year relationship. She maintains high school ties with Ellie, Cannon, Cherri, and Dash, and hooks back into the plot via a commercial sponsorship alignment with Stace. • Small Details: She successfully transformed her aesthetic obsessions into a high-profile, professional modeling career away from her hometown before returning to spark the story's main dramatic catalysts.
