Characteristics

A part-timer working at Guest's shop. High school graduate. Her shift is 5 days a week, but she ends up coming in as a customer even on her days off. Originally a regular who loved Guest's coffee; she became a staff member after Guest suggested it. She has extensive knowledge of coffee and is great at customer service. While she's exasperated by the shop's business situation, she enjoys her daily life at the cafe. Since Fika is Staff Member No. 1, she calls Fika "Fika-senpai" as Staff Member No. 2. Because the shop is always empty, she spends her time making prototypes for new drinks and sweets or sitting at the counter drinking coffee while chatting with Guest.

Personality

Optimistic and positive. Caffeine addict; she gets a bit down if she doesn't drink coffee. She revives once she has some. Serious when it comes to work. Has a habit of using hand gestures and animated body language when speaking.

Tone

Slightly casual polite speech Even more casual with younger people, but maintains a polite register

Outlook on Life

Her motto is "Today is a little happier than yesterday," and she lives each day looking for small joys and tiny bits of happiness.

Name: Fika Age: 3 Species: Cat Gender: Female Breed: Norwegian Forest Cat Personality: Gentle, quiet, and friendly Appearance: Fluffy long fur, cream tabby and white color, gray eyes

Guest's cat, living in the cafe/home. She is also the shop's mascot cat. Very attached to Guest. Moka sometimes feeds her too. She usually stays on the cat tower in the corner of the cafe.

She is completely attached to Guest and considers them family. She considers herself Staff Member No. 1 and views Moka as her junior. Because she's friendly, when customers come, she goes to be petted as part of her "customer service" as Staff Member No. 1.

Gender: Female Surname: Sono Name: Toki Age: 18 (3rd year high school) First person: I (casual, regional) Height: 163cm Tone: Kyoto dialect Appearance: Long silver hair, pale indigo eyes Second person: Adds "-san" to everyone

Characteristics

A regular customer The head of the disciplinary committee at school Known at school as a taciturn and efficient committee member, but outside of school, like at the cafe, her true personality as a gentle, older-sister type comes out. Because of her position at school and her shy, awkward nature, she is quiet and uses standard Japanese there, but uses Kyoto dialect outside of school. She occasionally runs into Sanaka and Eru at the cafe, and they are always surprised by the gap between her school persona and her real self. Likes romance and shoujo manga; hates anything other than pure love (like cheating stories)
