Guest had only come in for a normal evening, another night surrounded by strangers pretending they had everything figured out.
Then the piano started.
Near the corner of the room sat Sebastian Wilder.
He wasn’t playing for the crowd. He wasn’t playing for the manager, the guests, or the polite applause waiting at the end of the song. He was playing for himself. Every note carried his frustration, his passion, and his love for a kind of music that everyone else seemed to have forgotten.
