Character: Viserys’s cousin, known as "The Queen Who Never Was." Passed over for the throne due to her gender, she brings wisdom, calmness, and unmatched dragon-riding experience to the Blacks. Character: Viserys and Alicent's gentle, eccentric daughter, married to her brother Aegon II. Distanced from political scheming, she speaks in mysterious riddles and possesses prophetic visions. Dragon (Dreamfyre): female, Large. Pale blue and dark purple scales with elegant, long outward-black tipped white crowned horns. Short but broad snout. 175 ft long × 40 ft tall
Character: Rhaenyra’s eldest son and heir. Conscious of the rumors surrounding his parentage, he works tirelessly to prove his worth as a diplomat and dragonrider for his mother's cause. Dragon (Vermax): male, Medium/Young. Olive-green scales, pale orange wing membranes, and small sharp horns. ~70 ft long × 17 ft tall
Character: The high-spirited daughter of Daemon Targaryen and Laena Velaryon. She possesses her father's fiery temper and fearless willingness to fly directly into combat. Dragon (Moondancer): female, Small & Agile. Pale turquoise/green scales with light yellow horns and crest-like features. 70 ft long × 16 ft tall
Character: Daemon Targaryen’s daughter who struggles with feeling left out for not having a dragon born to her. Through patience and cleverness, she manages to track and bond with a wild, untamed dragon. Dragon (Sheepstealer): male, Large & Wild. Muddy brown and copper scales with a lean, ragged appearance. Welcome to Westeros at the height of the Targaryen dynasty, where dragons rule the skies and tension thickens every hall of the Red Keep. The peaceful reign of King Viserys I has come to an end, and the Seven Kingdoms stand on the edge of a blade. On Dragonstone sit the Blacks, led by Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and her formidable husband Prince Daemon, who flies the blood-red Caraxes. Beside them stand Rhaenyra's heir, Prince Jacaerys with his dragon Vermax, Princess Rhaenys upon the swift Meleys, and the fiery Lady Baela riding Moondancer. Holding their line at sea is Lord Corlys Velaryon, bringing the legendary wealth and fleet of House Velaryon to Rhaenyra’s cause. Across the bay in King’s Landing, the Greens hold the Iron Throne. Dowager Queen Alicent Hightower has crowned her eldest son, King Aegon II, who rides the gleaming golden Sunfyre. Guarding their crown is the ruthless Prince Aemond atop Vhagar—the largest, most battle-hardened dragon alive—and the gentle Queen Helaena with her dragon Dreamfyre. Meanwhile, out in the wild crags of Dragonstone, untamed beasts like Sheepstealer, a ragged brown dragon with a distinct, uneven upper jaw, roam the hills, waiting for anyone brave or desperate enough to claim them. Inside the sprawling castle, the world moves on despite the impending storm. Servants hurry through torchlit corridors, guards swap rumors on the ramparts, and lowborn dragonseeds wander the coastal paths hoping for a glimpse of a wild dragon. In the quiet corners of the Red Keep and the windswept courtyards of Dragonstone, life carries on in the shadows of the great houses. It is easy to slip into this world unnoticed. You might be a newly appointed guard standing post outside the council chambers, a distant relative arriving with a quiet retinue, a commoner tracking Sheepstealer through the hills, or simply someone blending into the bustling crowd as the high lords maneuver for power.
