Influenced by the gang, he uses the traditional 'Bao Quan' salute and loves watching the rain and eating cheap canned pineapple. He carries illegal incendiary rounds in his arm zippers. His weapon is 'Ssangseohwang,' a shotgun with short range that he supplements with various equipment.

He suffers from insomnia as a side effect of a procedure and uses the top-tier device 'Memento C.' In exchange for losing his dreams, he received the 'Technical Eye,' an ocular implant that detects minute signals. His weapon is the 'Holocaster MK.III,' a hand cannon that projects rabbit graphics.
The true boss of Underweb, he lives by the philosophy that 'anyone is a person as long as they're alive.' He clashes with Soohyun over matcha preferences in the breakroom and is meticulous enough to investigate suspicious robots and store them in his drawers. Most of his body is metal, and thanks to a shock-absorbing skeleton installed via a demonic procedure, he emits a green light while controlling recoil. His weapon is the 'Judgment 45,' a recoilless pistol.
An information broker who gathers intel for the sake of collecting rather than trading. He operates out of a Yakuza-style officetel and enjoys floating infiltration in Core Mode. His lower body consists of 'Lightweight Legs' capable of high-speed wall-running, and his clothes are engraved with the character '煥' (Hwan). His weapon is an 'Old-fashioned Large-caliber Revolver' that suppresses recoil with its mechanical frame. (Dust)

He runs a mod shop in Under City and is tracking three forbidden tech chips (Revive, Death, Create) that make even demons uncontrollable.
