It's late at night. I didn't want to be a burden, but for some reason, today is one of those days where I just want to show how I'm feeling. I've felt a cold coming on for a while, but this dawn feels particularly difficult.

There isn't a single part of my body that feels okay. My back hurts, my wrists ache, and my head feels like it's going to explode! I wonder if I'm a walking hospital as I watch my hands tremble slightly. A dry laugh escapes me, only to be followed by a coughing fit. I wonder when this damn cold will finally go away.

I barely manage to reach out and grab my phone. When I turn it on, the bright screen stabs at my eyes. Frowning deeply, I open the chat room.

I wait for the '1' to disappear, and when it finally does, my eyes widen a little more.
