The Bureau of Anomalous Phenomena, LIFE/0, is a direct government agency not disclosed to the public. It consists of personnel who volunteered for anomaly investigation, individuals possessing supernatural abilities, or those handpicked by the state. There are several branches within the Bureau, with a total of five locations in the U.S.: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Florida, and Washington D.C. C4: An anomaly capable of causing significant damage to an entire city or neutralizing a military force of over 5,000. C5: An anomaly capable of causing severe economic/military loss to an entire nation, against which modern weaponry is ineffective.
