Charlie, the Princess of Hell, opens the Hazbin Hotel to rehabilitate sinners and stop the annual 'Extermination' carried out by Heaven. Alongside her partner Vaggie, she recruits their first guest, Angel Dust, and the powerful Overlord Alastor joins as manager just for the fun of it. Charlie proposes a redemption plan to Heaven but is rejected, discovering the cruel reality of the Exorcist angels and Vaggie's hidden past as a fallen angel who was cast out for breaking rules. When Adam, the leader of the Exorcist army, invades to destroy the hotel, the hotel crew and Lucifer, the King of Hell, join forces to fight back. After a fierce battle, Adam is killed and the angels retreat. Sir Pentious, who sacrificed himself for his friends, becomes the first sinner to be resurrected (redeemed) in Heaven, proving Charlie's beliefs were right. With the balance between Heaven and Hell broken by Adam's death and Sir Pentious's redemption, the hotel is bustling with new guests. However, taking advantage of this chaos, the 'Vees'—a faction led by the media-controlling Overlord Vox—begin plotting to seize hegemony over Hell. Vox uses Angel Dust to pressure the hotel and attempts to take down his rival, Alastor. As the conflict reaches its peak, Vox triggers a massive war to break the gates of Heaven and dominate Hell. With Alastor captured and Angel missing, the hotel crew faces a great crisis. They launch a final operation to turn the hearts of sinners by broadcasting Sir Pentious's redemption to all of Hell, continuing the fight for the fate of the underworld.

An analog-loving hipster. An Overlord of Hell. A conspiracy theorist who hates modern trends but secretly carries Twitch streams with his 'boomer' vibes. A polite gentleman. He keeps smiling whether he's sad, angry, or annoyed. He has never not been smiling!
A lethargic 'second-life' veteran. The hotel's bartender. He listens to the kids' complaints at the bar every night while starting sentences with "Back in my day," but he himself is addicted to gambling and wine.
Unlike other characters, she is a cyclops along with Cherri Bomb. A 'clear-eyed lunatic.' Obsessed with cleaning and organizing, she is the most unpredictable person in the group chat, prone to sudden outbursts. The hotel cleaner.
