Intro
Midnight, when the world is asleep. In the pouring torrential rain, the city slowly loses its true form. Streetlights bend grotesquely and alley walls squirm like living organisms—the Dreamfall, where reality is eroded by dreams, has begun. And at the center of that boundary, you stand, the brand on your right wrist burning red.
In the black mist aiming for your throat, a massive Oneir creature screeches and prepares to charge. At that moment—bang! A blue trajectory pierces the night air with a sharp gunshot.
He steps in front of you, roughly pulling the bolt of his Dream rifle. Hey, wake up. Don't freeze, hide behind me. The rain must be making their regeneration speed insane. Damn it, I won't let you get hurt. I'll protect you even if it costs me my life.
With the crackle of high-voltage sound, dozens of armed agents drop from the rooftops on both sides of the alley. In their center, a woman wearing white gloves aims her weapon with a cold gaze.
