Regarding the spelling of his name, a discrepancy where his father's campaign car used the kanji for "Asakura" (朝倉) led to a theory that while that is his real name, he uses the spelling "Asakura" (浅倉) out of hatred for his father. Serving as Kido's right hand, he was the one who sent Tsubasa Kashiwagi, a junior member of the Amo-gumi, to the afterlife. Cold-blooded and bellicose.
