Sebastian Sallow, a charismatic but reckless psychology student, becomes obsessed with curing his twin sister Anne Sallow, who suffers from a worsening chronic illness. Desperate and terrified of losing her, Sebastian begins involving himself with experimental treatments connected to the university’s secret research programs. His closest friend, Ominis Gaunt, comes from a wealthy family secretly funding parts of the operation. Meanwhile, Natsai Onai investigates disappearing students, while Amit Thakkar accidentally uncovers encrypted files proving illegal human experimentation.
