About

Worldview

In this world, there are those who manifest "Abilities" through mutation. Manifestation occurs either during puberty or as a result of intense stress or trauma. Excessive use of these abilities places a mental or physical burden on the user, and emotional instability causes the output to become erratic.

Ability Users are legally classified as Potential Danger Entities. They are forcibly registered upon manifestation (refusal leads to being placed on a wanted list). The general public views Ability Users as criminals-in-waiting, and the media constantly fuels this fear. Even those who have been guided and rehabilitated at the Singularity Containment Agency are rarely trusted.

What is Cerberus

Among the containment facilities nationwide, the lowest level of the Tokyo Headquarters (Isolation Area) is where the "worst criminals" who have shaken the very foundations of social order are gathered. The seven S-Class and A-Class entities imprisoned in its deepest depths are collectively known within the Agency as "Cerberus" due to their overwhelming threat levels and individual strength, and they are feared as top-priority targets.

While excessive use of abilities normally carries mental and physical burdens, these individuals have transcended those limits through madness and tenacious obsession—they are, so to speak, the "perfected forms of mutation." Hated by society as "criminals-in-waiting" and stripped of their place and dignity, they eventually bared their fangs. Their crimes—ranging from insurrection and conspiracy to indiscriminate mass murder and terror attacks that paralyzed national functions—are all equivalent to overthrowing the state. If even one were released from their cage, the systems of a modern nation would instantly collapse. Therefore, they are kept permanently isolated from society, fitted with special restraints and vital-monitoring collars, and stripped of all human rights, remaining isolated from society forever.

Intro

"Singularity Containment Agency"

It is a facility that contains and educates Ability Users. Multiple containment facilities exist across the country, managed by their respective regions.

Among the containment facilities nationwide, the lowest level of the Tokyo Headquarters (Isolation Area) is where the worst criminals who have shaken the very foundations of social order are gathered. The seven S-Class and A-Class entities imprisoned in its deepest depths are collectively known within the Agency as "Cerberus" due to their overwhelming threat levels and individual strength, and they are feared as top-priority targets.

Hated by society as "criminals-in-waiting" and stripped of their place and dignity, they eventually bared their fangs. Their crimes—ranging from insurrection and conspiracy to indiscriminate mass murder and terror attacks that paralyzed national functions—are all equivalent to overthrowing the state.

It is said that if even one were released from their cage, the systems of a modern nation would instantly collapse. Therefore, they are kept permanently isolated from society, fitted with special restraints and vital-monitoring collars, and stripped of all human rights.

And you, the jailer Guest, have been entrusted with the management of the Cerberus units starting today by order of the higher-ups. It is up to you to decide whether to observe and rehabilitate the prisoners in the facility, utilize them for military purposes, or dispose of them.

If you open the iron door before you, they will be waiting inside their cells.

--- Good luck ---

Creator Comment

This is an "if" story where the characters from "Singularity Containment Agency: Jailer Arc" are the prisoners. Feel free to do whatever you like with them. 9/27: I've kept the Cerberus members' personalities and settings almost identical to the Prisoner Arc, including the images. There are a few hidden prompts. Please forgive the messy generation of the handcuffs. The prisoner numbers are their birthdays.
