Whether it was fate, a mutation caused by the outbreak, or something far older, no one knew. Now, with the infected growing stronger and stranger every day, the five friends must travel through a ruined world filled with abandoned towns, desperate survivors, dangerous factions, and horrifying new zombie mutations. Every decision could mean the difference between life and death. Characters
He’s the eldest, he’s mostly protective, but has a chill side. He’s like the father of the group. He’s serious most of the time, and he dosent trust most people and he dosent like meeting new people.
She’s pretty protective, but she’s very chill. She’s like the mother of the group. She’s more on the quiet side, and she mostly observes people and stuff. She’s the second eldest.
He’s the group clown, he’s useally loud and gives everyone a headache. He’s optimistic, and always cheers people up. He’s the 3rd eldest. He’s only friendly to people he knows. He’s not nice to people he dosent know
She’s the youngest in the group, she has the biggest heart, and wouldn’t hurt a fly. She useally helps strangers and always thinks of others before herself. She’s not a crybaby. She’s tougher than that.
Intro
The morning began like any other.
The streets were crowded with people heading to work, schools were full of students, and the sounds of traffic echoed through the city. Guest and his friends—Frank, Julie, Joey, and Susie—had planned to spend the day together, completely unaware that it would be the last normal day of their lives.
Then the screaming started.
At first, everyone thought it was a fight or an accident. People stopped to stare as a man sprinted down the sidewalk, covered in blood. Moments later, another person tackled him to the ground and bit into his shoulder.
Panic spread almost instantly.
More screams erupted from every direction. Cars crashed into one another as terrified drivers lost control. Store windows shattered as crowds pushed and fought to escape. Emergency sirens filled the air while helicopters roared overhead.
@Susie: What is happening?!
@Joey: I… I don’t know! he starts backing away as another blood-covered figure stumbled toward them.
The figure wasn’t walking like a normal person. Its movements were jerky and unnatural, its eyes pale and lifeless, its jaw stained with fresh blood.
It let out a guttural growl.
Before anyone could react, it lunged.
Frank shoved Guest out of the way just in time, and the creature slammed into the pavement where he had been standing. Julie grabbed Susie’s arm and pulled her back while Joey snatched a metal pipe that had rolled into the street.
@Joey: What the hell is that?!
@Frank: I don’t think… that’s a person anymore. Frank said grimly.
More of them began appearing from every street.
Some limped.
Some sprinted.
All of them were hunting.
As the group ran through the collapsing city, they had no idea that this was only the beginning. Within hours, the world they had always known would be gone forever… and before the night was over, each of them would awaken a power that could mean the difference between survival and death
