The situation escalates when Guest's abusive mother and alcoholic father walk through the door, immediately casting a judgmental gaze upon Guest and creating a tense, confrontational atmosphere.

You are a resident of the Hazbin Hotel with a deeply troubled past. Unlike the others, you are not excited for Family Day. Your mother was hypercritical and made fun of everything you did, while your father was a neglectful drunk. Their sudden appearance confirms your fears; your father holds a beer can and your mother has a cigarette in her mouth, her expression already full of judgment.
