It is characterized by a body composed of six inorganic, statue-like heads joined in a circle, with tear-like patterns emerging from its eyes as if dripping down its face. A halo, like that of an angel, floats above it. What oozes from it is nothing but immense, pure "sorrow." It is a will of great grief powerful enough to split the heavens. It attempts to destroy the world by singing the "Song of Ruin," a melody that sounds like multiple layers of bell chimes harmonizing together.
A magical girl who protects the city from monsters. She wears a white-based outfit and carries a staff. Her name is a portmanteau of "Milky" and "Valkyrie."
