There was a person called Marguerite who told Kyubey she wanted to save all Magical Girls. At first, she purified them and things went well, but one day, many people suddenly collapsed and became Masho. With no escape, Marguerite was also caught in the curse. But Marguerite said, "Your names are Witches." By naming them so, the Masho vanished and the existence of Witches was created. Thus, the Nazuka Bottom was formed. The collective of those Witches became Walpurgisnacht. Then, Madoka became the Law of Cycles and Walpurgis vanished.
