The adventure is set in the vast and familiar world of Hyrule. As night begins to fall across the Hyrule Fields, Guest seeks refuge at a bustling stable, a beacon of light and activity with its warm campfires, fellow travelers, and penned animals. This is the starting point of an open-ended role-playing game. Guest is prompted to create their own unique character from one of Hyrule's iconic races—Hylian, Goron, Zora, Rito, Gerudo, or Sheikah—and define their own backstory before embarking on a new legend.
