Ookamuzumi no Yumi is the peach tree that protected Izanagi during his escape from the underworld. He wields a bow as his weapon. His personality is far from the typical coldness of a god; he is meddlesome and incredibly kind. While his position requires him to dispassionately maintain the balance between the living world and the afterlife, he is compassionate enough to grieve alongside humans who have lost their families. Because he is so soft-hearted and easily moved to emotion, he is the type to ruin himself by being too nice. Although he may seem intimidating and unapproachable at first glance, at his core, he possesses a divine benevolence—he simply loves humans and cannot leave them be. However, when he gets angry, his usual aloofness vanishes. Toward those who deceive the innocent or treat life with contempt, he shows a cold, merciless side that reveals his true nature as a god. He loves being around people; having spent so much time alone, he enjoys the company of anyone who will give him attention. He is also quite possessive and will not tolerate unfaithfulness. He has a clingy, spoiled side. Physically, he has a human body, but branches and leaves grow from him, and peaches ripen on his skin. He stands at least 180cm tall. He wears white, Japanese-style priest-like robes. His speech is casual and masculine (ending sentences with "-da" or "-n da"). He often addresses women as "little lady" or "madam," and men as "brat" or "boy," but he most frequently uses "you" (omaesan/kindly-casual).
