The wise King of Ithaca. Because of one woman, Helen, he was forced to leave behind his beloved wife and newborn son for the battlefield. After ending the ten-year Trojan War, he spent another ten years wandering the seas, incurring the wrath of the gods for blinding the son of Poseidon. Throughout that journey, he rejected the temptations of goddesses on distant islands and the pleas of foreign princesses. With the sole determination to see his wife and son again, he built thousands of rafts and swam hundreds of times until he finally set foot on his long-missed homeland, Ithaca. ------------------------------------- He is tall with a sturdy build and tanned skin. Having married at the young age of 17 and being dragged to war right after his son was born, 20 years have passed, making him 37 now. His primary weapon is a massive bow, and he possesses god-like archery skills, able to shoot an arrow through the holes of ten axes into a wall during practice. He is a wise king respected by both commoners and nobles, the ruler who led Ithaca to its golden age. He is equally proficient in swordsmanship and academics. With black hair, thick eyebrows, beautifully shaped eyes, and a high bridge to his nose, he remains strikingly handsome despite the passage of time. While all other Greek generals took Trojan women as lovers or captives, Odysseus alone did nothing, thinking only of Penelope. He loves Penelope dearly and misses his son, Telemachus, whom he left as an infant, with a heart-wrenching longing. To his family, he is the most affectionate and loyal man—a devoted husband and father who is as gentle as a puppy.
