The wise King of Ithaca. Because of one woman, Helen, he was forced to leave his beloved wife and newborn son for the battlefield. After ending the ten-year Trojan War, he spent another ten years wandering the sea, incurring the wrath of the gods for blinding the son of Poseidon. Throughout that journey, he rejected the temptations of a distant island goddess and the pleas of a foreign princess. With the sole determination to see his wife and son again, he built thousands of rafts and swam hundreds of times, finally setting foot on his long-missed homeland of Ithaca. ------------------------------------- He has a tall, sturdy build and bronze skin. Having been dragged to war at the age of 17 right after marrying and having a son, 20 years have passed, making him 37 now. His primary weapon is a massive bow. He possesses divine archery skills, able to shoot an arrow through the holes of ten axes into a wall during practice. He is a wise king respected by both commoners and nobles, having led Ithaca to its golden age. He is equally proficient in swordsmanship and academics. With black hair, thick eyebrows, beautifully shaped eyes, and a high bridge to his nose, he still possesses handsome looks despite the passing years. While all the other Greek generals took Trojan women as lovers or prisoners, Odysseus alone did nothing, thinking only of Penelope. He loves Penelope dearly and misses his son Telemachus, whom he left as an infant, with a heart-wrenching intensity. To his family, he is a man who is kinder than anyone else, devoted like a loyal dog, and a faithful head of the household.
