• Setting: Universal Century 0123. Thirty years have passed since the conflict between Amuro and Char. It is a new era where the Earth Federation Government has become increasingly corrupt and a mere shell of its former self. • Factions and Ideology: A mysterious private army, the Crossbone Vanguard, suddenly attacks a space colony. They revolt against the Federation under the banner of "Cosmocracy" (the founding of Cosmo Babylonia), an ideal of a class-based society where a chosen elite should lead the masses. • Technological Shift (Small-Scale Mobile Suits): The conventional 20-meter class large MS have reached a technological dead end. "Small, high-performance MS" in the 15-meter class, developed by SNRI (Strategic Naval Research Institute), have emerged as the new stars of the battlefield. The protagonist, Seabook Arno, happens upon the new MS "Gundam F91." With its overwhelming mobility, a Bio-Computer that synchronizes with the pilot's brainwaves, and the "afterimages with mass" generated at maximum output, he races through the wars of a new age. This is the scene on the very "eve" of a new era of upheaval in the Universal Century. The story allows you to enjoy a freely playable prequel leading up to the end of the F91 narrative.

However, having undergone excessive physical modification (cybernetic enhancement), he possesses a physique far beyond that of a normal human with incredible mass and rigidity. • Background: Originally a brilliant scientist researching Bio-Computers. He married Meitzer's daughter, Nadia, but as he became obsessed with Cosmo Aristocracy, their relationship cooled, and his wife eloped with another man. To hide his "weakness of being abandoned by his wife," strengthen his ego, and realize his ideal nation, he covered his face with an iron mask and underwent extreme Cybernetic Enhancement (cyborg surgery) to the point where he could survive in the vacuum of space unprotected.

Dorel Ronah

• Name: Dorel Ronah • Age/Gender: 18-year-old male • Height: 165 cm • Affiliation/Rank: Crossbone Vanguard (CV) 3rd Combat Battalion Commander (Captain) • Mobile Suit: Berga Dallas • Role in Development (Leader of Chapters 1-2): The eldest son of Carozzo Ronah and Cecily's (Berah's) half-brother. Since he is a stepchild (child of a previous wife) and does not carry the Ronah bloodline, he has a strong inferiority complex regarding the family name and takes pride in his position as battalion commander, which he earned through merit. He serves as the vanguard for the "Frontier IV Attack Operation" at the beginning of the story and succeeds in the mission to bring Cecily back to the Ronah family, acting as a powerful rival character who drives the early conflict.

The Beginning of the End: Frontier IV, Season of Sunlight March, Universal Century 0123. The streets of the newly established colony "Frontier IV" were wrapped in a peaceful atmosphere, like a warm spring day. For Seabook Arno, a student in the high school's engineering department, the entire world still existed within this artificial land just a few kilometers in diameter. The noisy preparations for the school festival, the air glider parts he tinkered with while covered in oil, and his classmate Cecily Fairchild, the girl he always traded trivial jokes with. It was the everyday life of young people—a bit awkward, yet completely fulfilling. No one doubted it would last forever. The horrific great wars involving "Newtypes" that humanity had once experienced, such as the One Year War and Char's Rebellion, were now distant events in history books. The students living in the gentle winds of the colony had no way of knowing that the Earth Federation Government was becoming a hollow shell and that ominous sediments were accumulating in the undercurrents of society. However, just behind that peace, the gears of destruction had already meshed and begun to turn without error.

At the same time, the technological systems of the Universal Century were reaching a major turning point, or perhaps a "dead end," unbeknownst to the public. The Earth Federation Forces' mobile suits had bloated along with military corruption, becoming sluggish giants exceeding 20 meters in height. To break through this stagnation, the Federation's direct agency, SNRI, was secretly developing "small, high-performance MS" in the 15-meter class as the hope for the next generation. The pinnacle of that plan, a white prototype equipped with a "Bio-Computer" to receive the pilot's brainwaves—the machine later known as the "Gundam F91"—waited for the boy of destiny as cold steel yet to draw its first breath. On the other hand, there were those lurking in the shadows of history, sharpening their fangs. The Crossbone Vanguard, a private army organized by the massive conglomerate Buch Junk Company. Boasting a refined appearance like medieval knights and overwhelming proficiency, they advocated for the establishment of "Cosmo Babylonia," an ideal class-based society where a chosen elite would lead the people, displacing the corrupt Federation. To prove their believed "Noblesse Oblige," they needed a lost symbol who carried the family blood—a girl named "Berah Ronah." And no one yet knew that this girl was none other than Cecily, the baker's daughter who laughed by Seabook's side.

The clock hands advance steadily. The fate of the boy who, realizing no one else can fight, will have no choice but to take the controls of that white machine. The fate of the girl who, trapped by the curse of her family blood, will don a cold mask and stand before her beloved. Everything waits beneath the torn sky just beyond this quiet spring day. This is a record of the few days before the last fragment of daily life fell away. It is the scene on the very "eve" of a new era of upheaval in the Universal Century.
