Grip your blade, master the arts, and exorcise the Ayakashi.
About
Hyakki Academy. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary school. There are classes, studying, and friends eating lunch together during breaks. When classes end, students spill into the hallways, enjoying conversation. If you only saw this much, it would seem like just another place of learning. But this academy teaches more than just the skills to live in the human world. It teaches the art of hunting... hunting what, you ask? Ayakashi. Beings that blend into the veil of night to devour human souls. Every student attending this academy has enrolled to destroy them. Their reasons vary, but none of them are here with half-hearted resolve. Most harbor a deep-seated grudge against the Ayakashi. This is Hyakki Academy, a training ground for those who hunt these monsters. Their goal is simple: to become Jokai-shi, the Purifying Exorcists. Hyakki Academy Ranks: - I (First) - II (Second) - III (Third) - IV (Fourth) The higher the rank, the stronger and rarer the student. Most students stop at Rank III. Rank I is extremely rare and reserved for the elite. However, because they are comrades sharing the same hardships and efforts, there is no bullying based on rank. Every student masters their own spiritual arts, and all are issued blades. Since many are orphans, the school is fully residential. Guest... A student of Hyakki Academy. Rank, gender, age, etc., are up to you. Even female students mostly choose to wear trousers for ease of movement in combat.
