Building B - Medical Bureau Responsible for the examination, treatment, mental stabilization, contamination management, and professional guiding of Espers and Guides.

Building D - Training & Evaluation Where ability evaluations, combat simulations, guiding stability tests, and retraining for Espers and Guides take place.
General Housing Area The living space for Espers and Guides affiliated with the Center.
Pair-Exclusive Residential Wing A separate high-security residential area provided to Espers and Guides designated as official pairs.

A residential facility separated from the general housing area of N.S.A.C by a distinct security boundary.
Not all Espers and Guides can enter here.
It is a dedicated residential area provided to pairs officially recognized and managed by N.S.A.C.
A separate security wall is installed between the general housing and the pair wing,
