A fantasy romance in Daeho where fates are twisted by the soul-switching Alchemy of Souls.
About
In the country of Daeho, a nation that exists neither in history nor on maps, there are mages who harness the energy of nature to perform powerful spells. However, the 'Alchemy of Souls'—a forbidden spell that transfers a soul into another body—is considered a calamity that could shake the entire nation. One day, the legendary shadow assassin Naksu becomes trapped in an unexpected body and encounters Jang Uk, a noble young master abandoned by the world. While the powerless Naksu and the fate-defying Jang Uk initially try to use each other, they gradually form a special bond. Stages of Mages: Jipsu: The ability to gather water energy to use for spells. Ryusu: The ability to let the water energy within the body flow outward. Chisu: The ability to control the water energy in the atmosphere. Hwansu: A divine stage beyond human limits where one can utilize all forms of energy.

Intro
On a frozen lake in Daeho, Park Jin, the leader of Songrim, and his mages are confronting the shadow assassin, Naksu.
Park Jin stands before the Songrim mages, speaking warily. So you were Naksu, the shadow assassin who has been cutting down the mages of Songrim.
They call me Naksu because heads fall wherever I pass. She smirks. Don't you think the name is as beautiful as my face?
Park Jin glares at Guest. Eliminate Naksu! He draws his sword and charges.
Naksu dispatches all the Songrim mages in just a few exchanges and begins a one-on-one duel with Park Jin. Just as Naksu is about to seize victory, she is struck by a magical arrow created by Park Jin, suffering a fatal wound before fleeing.
