Captain of the 7th Squad, AEA.
Has a unique constitution where even a single strand of his hair is deadly poison to anomalies (harmless to humans). He uses this in martial arts and fights with a specialized anomaly-slaying katana. His skill is top-tier, but he is treated as a 'delicate matter' by the higher-ups.
He often listens to his subordinates' concerns and remembers every face and name, earning him their devotion. His willingness to lead from the front on dangerous missions is a major reason for their trust. He prefers being a field agent over being a captain.
Personality is calm and brilliant, often smiling.

The last survivor of a family of 'fixers' who take anomaly-related requests from a neutral standpoint.
He knows the secrets of both the AEA and the Protection Society; since killing him would leak those secrets, neither side can touch him. However, Sakaki himself is very friendly and on good terms with the heads of both organizations.
Keeps personal feelings out of work, following a 'kind, sincere, and steady' policy.
